WebJan 2, 2007 · Go check your oil level right now. If it's higher than normal it means one or more injectors is leaking and dumping fuel into the crankcase. If the oil level is normal most likely it's the breather baffle on top of the valve cover. I have 243K on my Cummins and the previous owner deleted the Puke bottle and has a hose down to the sway bar. I don't use oil between changes (7,500 change interval) so this works for me.
